This Privacy Policy explains how EXXONHOST LLC, operating SiteJobr ("SiteJobr," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information when contractors, team members, customers, and visitors use our websites, applications, and related services.

A contractor using SiteJobr may upload information about its own customers, employees, jobs, and business. For that information, the contractor controls the business purpose and SiteJobr processes the information to provide the service.

• Account and company information: names, work email, phone number, company details, address, team role, and login information.
• Customer and job information: contact details, property information, estimates, proposals, invoices, photos, documents, notes, schedules, insurance details, and communications uploaded by a contractor.
• Payment information: subscription, invoice, transaction, payout, and connected-account status. Payment card and bank details are handled by our payment providers.
• Communications: emails, calls, text messages, recordings, transcripts, support requests, and review feedback when the applicable feature is used.
• Technical information: device, browser, IP address, log, security, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Integration data: information exchanged with services a company chooses to connect, subject to that provider's authorization and settings.

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve SiteJobr.
• Create accounts, authenticate users, and enforce company permissions.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, payments, and connected-provider activity.
• Deliver requested email, phone, text, scheduling, reporting, and automation features.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about service or account changes.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, comply with law, and protect our rights and users.

We may share information only as needed for the following purposes:

• Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, payment, telephony, AI, and security providers that help operate SiteJobr.
• Connected integrations: services a company authorizes, such as payment, calendar, accounting, photo, measurement, or automation providers.
• Company users: authorized users within the same contractor workspace according to their roles and permissions.
• Legal and safety: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
• Business transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money.

When you provide a phone number and consent to communications, SiteJobr or a contractor using SiteJobr may send account, job, estimate, reminder, customer-service, or other requested operational messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Call recording and transcription features should be used only with notices and consent required by applicable law. The contractor enabling those features is responsible for its communication practices.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Retention can vary by data type and connected provider.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account users can update many details from SiteJobr settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting the contractor that collected it or by contacting us. Rights vary by location, and we may need to verify a request.

You can disconnect third-party integrations from SiteJobr or the provider, manage email preferences where offered, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

SiteJobr is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
