Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to SiteJobr, a service operated by EXXONHOST LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding contract and use SiteJobr for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and activity under your account. Company owners and managers control invitations, roles, settings, integrations, billing, and access to company data.

Notify us promptly at support@exxonhost.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• New companies may receive a limited free trial. Trial availability and length may change for future signups.
• Paid plans and optional add-ons renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled.
• You authorize our payment provider to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and approved add-ons.
• Third-party provider, payment-processing, measurement-report, carrier, and usage fees may be separate from the SiteJobr subscription.
• Plan changes, cancellation, and billing management are available through the account billing workflow where supported.

You retain rights in business data you submit to SiteJobr. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that data to provide and protect the service.

You are responsible for having lawful authority to collect and use customer, employee, job, insurance, photo, document, call, and communication data. You are also responsible for required notices, consents, recordkeeping, and industry compliance in your business.

SiteJobr Payments enables contractors to connect or onboard a payment account through our payment provider. The contractor is the seller of its services and is responsible for invoices, refunds, disputes, taxes, customer authorization, and fulfillment. Payment acceptance and payouts depend on the provider's verification, risk review, restrictions, and terms.

Telephony and messaging features may require number provisioning, carrier registration, identity verification, campaign approval, and provider review. Activation timing is not guaranteed.

• Consent: send messages or place calls only where you have the recipient's consent or another lawful basis.
• Opt-out: honor STOP and other opt-out requests promptly. HELP must provide appropriate assistance.
• Frequency and rates: message frequency varies and message or data rates may apply.
• Recording: provide notices and obtain consent required for recording or transcription.
• Prohibited messaging: do not send spam, deceptive content, unlawful marketing, or content prohibited by carriers or providers.

SiteJobr may use AI to assist with calls, drafts, takeoffs, reports, estimates, personalization, or document analysis. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it for pricing, contracts, construction, insurance, safety, financial, or customer decisions.

Integrations are provided by independent third parties and may require separate accounts and terms. We do not control third-party availability, decisions, fees, data practices, or changes. You authorize SiteJobr to exchange information with a provider when you connect it.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with security or availability, access another company's data without authorization, upload malicious code, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use SiteJobr in violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or provider requirements, address misuse, or improve the service. We may suspend access for nonpayment, risk, breach, or unlawful activity. You may stop using SiteJobr and cancel an active subscription through the available billing workflow.

To the extent permitted by law, SiteJobr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. SiteJobr is an operations tool and does not provide legal, accounting, insurance, engineering, or construction advice.

To the extent permitted by law, EXXONHOST LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party provider decisions arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@exxonhost.com.
